Day +4

I finally got back down here this afternoon. Nick looks great. Laying around, not doing much, but looks good.

The Occupational Therapist finally caugh Nick awake. He had to play a board game with her. Nick didn't want to play those game with them so he has been pretending to be asleep every time they come in the room. This time she came in behind a nurse and he didn't see her. So he got busted.

I don't have much more to post since I wasn't here all week. We'll chat again tomorrow. Have a great night.

Dear Nick and Family; As I sit and read all of these entries, I wonder if I would be able to handle being so ill with such grace. I think they should probably give you a sign to hang that says something like the old" Do Not Disturb" that you have the option of using a few times a week, just to catch a break. I don't imagine the nurses or therapists mind if they catch you "sleeping" once in a while. Still, you DO owe someone a rematch at corn hole, if I'm not mistaken. It is so wonderful to hear that you have had such a quiet and uneventful day. Those are great...and we need more of them!! Hope to hear that you just keep improving day by day.
